Question:
I got a battery from you that does not fit my remote control for the tv. It is not your fault. It is mine. I am looking for (this is on the battery) an HQRP NI-MH battery BTH 800mAh/3.84Wh 4.8v. There are four batteries wrapped in a green pack with two black and one red cord coming out of it that go to a white connector. The batteries are pretty thin. I would say comparable to AAA size. I ordered a BGN800-4DWP-500EC 4.8V 800 MAH from you. It came with 4 wrapped batteries that are too thick to fit in my remote control. They are AA size. Everything else is exactly what I want. If you could please send me what I need to order from you to fit this, I will order it from you. Thanks for your help.
