BY LAW lithium batteries must be shipped using special packaging and labeling to reduce fire risks. We ship all lithium batteries to comply with the law and are fully certified to do so, but this does mean increased shipping costs compared to other battery types.

We are aware of online Pirate companies shipping lithium batteries illegally, which makes their shipping costs appear lower than ours.

If you purchase from one of these companies:

• You may be required to participate in a lawsuit between the shipping company and the pirate company.
• You risk fire and personal injury with the shipper and possibly in your home or place of business.

Please keep yourself and others safe and only order from legitimate companies that are lithium battery shipping certified and following the US government guidelines in PUB 52, SECTION 349, UN3090

Lithium Battery Shipping Options

BY LAW lithium batteries not fitted in an appliance cannot be shipped airmail on a passenger plane or by any current USPS shipping method. As such the shipping options offered for your order will be limited.

If your cart contains other products that you need urgently remove any lithium batteries from the cart and order them separately.
