Detailed description
The 8GU1H is a 12 Volt 31.6 Ah Deep Cycle Rechargeable Gel battery. The 8GU1H is a direct replacement for any group U1 lead-acid, GEL, or AGM batteries. This battery is commonly used in Marine, RV (Recreational Vehicles), UPS, Electric Vehicle, Golf Cart, Solar (Photovoltaic), Telcom and Stand-by Applications..
GEL batteries have many advantages over conventional liquid acid batteries. Not only are they sealed, there is no fluid electrolyte to leak out of the battery and no need to check fluid levels. They can also be easily installed in hard to reach locations upside down, right side up or sideways since they are sealed and maintenance free. The gelled construction also eliminates vibration to the batteries internal lead plates, decreasing the chances of internal damages that could lead to battery end of life.

If your application runs on multiple batteries, make sure to replace all of them at the same time or you will dramatically reduce the lifespan of the new batteries by mixing them with older batteries.
You have to install your replacement batteries in the same original configuration they came out and are required to use your existing hardware and cables to reconnect the replacement batteries when applicable.
