BatteryGuy Conflict Minerals Statement
BatteryGuy is neither a publicly traded company, nor an electronics company. As such we are not subject to the Conflict Minerals Statement requirements.
We do recognize that some of our customers fall into those categories and will be called upon to provide completed products covered with such a statement.
To help this process, we do declare that none of our products contain any of the following metals: Tantalum, Tungsten, and Gold. However, some of our products do contain trace amounts of Tin originating from China. Furthermore, we declare that we do not purchase any materials from the Democratic Republic of the Congo Conflict Regions.
